24-Hour Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for modifications or cancellations to avoid rescheduling fees.

Serenity Etiquette

To protect the quiet experience of all guests, we request that communication devices remain silent.

Prompt Arrivals

Arriving 15 minutes early allows for a relaxed check-in and custom botanical consulting before treatment.

01.Reservations and Scheduling

Appointments at The Spa may be booked online, by phone, or in person. To secure premium time slots and assign master specialists, we require a valid credit card on file at the time of reservation. Your card is verified but only charged upon service completion, or in case of a late cancellation or no-show.

02.Cancellation & Rescheduling

We highly value the time of both our clients and our master artisans. If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your slot.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service value.
  • No-shows will be charged the full 100% value of the booked treatment.

03.Arrival & Late Conditions

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This ensures sufficient time to enjoy a herbal infusion, fill out health questionnaires, and coordinate with your specialist.

Late arrivals will limit the duration of your session to ensure succeeding clients are not delayed. The full service fee remains applicable for shortened sessions.

04.Health & Wellbeing Disclosure

For your absolute safety and optimal results, you must disclose any physical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancies, or recent clinical procedures prior to the commencement of any service. The Spa reserves the right to decline or modify treatments that could compromise your wellness.

05.Valuables and Personal Property

While safe storage lockers are provided, we advise leaving valuables at home or in your hotel suite. The Spa is not liable for loss or damage to personal items brought onto sanctuary premises.
